Work Hard, Play Harder: A Look Back at Our Favorite Office Events

If there’s one thing our Litzky Ladies know how to do, it’s work hard—but we definitely play hard too! Hot off our first-ever Agency Summit and Bowlero takeover last week, we wanted to give a shoutout to some of our most iconic non-client moments together. Over the years, we’ve turned everyday office moments into unforgettable events and memories, all thanks to a few carefully planned (and sometimes delightfully impromptu) events byour Party Planning Committee (PPC).
When we look back at the years spent together, it’s clear that the work itself is just part of the LPR story. The real magic happens when we gather for those epic events and parties that remind us why we love this team so much! Here are some of our favorite PPC moments that stand out:
- Come On Barbie, Let’s Go Party: When Barbie first went viral, we couldn’t help but host the ultimate Barbie bash. We transformed one of our favorite Hoboken hot spots into a Barbie dreamland, complete with pink balloons, glitter, and a life-sized “Barbie pool” where everyone could grab their favorite beverage. And did we mention we actually closed the office to watch the Barbie movie? Needless to say, it was a pink-filled paradise!
- Cheers to the +1s!: At LPR, we’re all about lifting each other up, and our annual Date Night Party is an extension of our ongoing support systems! This event is one of the year’s highlights, where we get to mix and mingle with everyone’s real-life support squads—friends, family, and significant others. It’s the perfect excuse to celebrate, connect, and finally put faces to all the amazing “others” we’ve heard so much about. Whether it’s swapping stories or raising a toast to one another, this night is all about celebrating the people who make us who we are—both inside and outside the office!
- A Moment to Be Thankful: Nothing brings us together like food, and our annual Thanksgiving potluck never disappoints! From homemade pies to fun appetizers everyone brings their A-game to the table. We swapped recipes, shared laughs, and piled our plates high with everything our Litzky Ladies had to make. It’s not just about the food (though that was amazing)—it’s about coming together as a team, giving thanks, and enjoying a little pre-holiday feast together.
- A Beach Day to Remember: We kicked off the end of the summer season with a beach picnic at the Jersey Shore! A perfect way to wrap up the summer, we spent the afternoon at the beach thanks to @jerseyshorepicnicco! They set up the most adorable picnic-scape for us where we enjoyed laughs, food, and the summer sun!
As we look back on all the memories and unforgettable moments, one thing is clear—our agency knows how to throw a party! Here’s to the next round of celebrations and huge thanks to our PPC!
