A little bit about us:

LPR is a boutique communications agency based in Hoboken, NJ. Named to Inc. Best Workplaces 2022, PR Week Best Place to Work 2021 and PRSA Top Places to Work 2020, we are known for our results-focused approach and exceptional client services. We are savvy storytellers and media matchmakers;big thinkers and bold doers. We love what we do – and have a lot of fun doing it.

Note: LPR has a hybrid work policy. Employees must be vaccinated and are required to work in our Hoboken co-working space every other Thursday. LPR provides employees with laptop, monitor, and software to work from home; the agency also pays for employee cell phone bills.

We have fun. A lot of fun. We’re a dog and kid-friendly office with bagels on Thursday. We love to get together in and out of the office and find lots of reasons to celebrate (and eat snacks) throughout the year. We give back to our community. Employees are encouraged to participate in agency-led volunteer projects throughout the year.

We celebrate each other. During our monthly ‘Big Thinkers, Bold Doers’ happy hours, employees give kudos and share gratitude with those who gave them a helping hand. We also host monthly LPR Happenings, a catered lunch where we highlight recent successes and share helpful insights.
