Josslynne Welch
Josslynne began her career as an LPR intern in 1998. Having grown up at the agency, she has been instrumental in building the business from a three-person shop to the current team of powerhouse PR professionals known for delivering results that matter. During her 25-year tenure, Josslynne has worked with industry-changing entrepreneurs, leading global play companies, and innovative start-ups, providing her with deep expertise in the kids and family space and a diverse network of trusted peers.
Josslynne is equally passionate about the work we do as she is the people who make it happen, and finds great fulfillment in nurturing talent and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Today, she leads LPR with candor and compassion – and as our clients can attest, she is always available for gut checks, counsel, or a cocktail.
Kaylie Easton
Kaylie started her career as an account coordinator with LPR in 2008, and over time has served a broad spectrum of clients reaching kids and families along with industry associations spanning toy and licensing. She is passionate about the role PR plays in brand building, and has worked with some of the biggest – from icons like Pokémon, Schwinn, and Ringling, to startups with standout stories like Ageless Innovation and Playper. With over 15 years of expertise, Kaylie has led high-profile product launches, strategic brand campaigns, and once fielded a Q&A between One Direction and hundreds of screaming fans. Today, she oversees all client accounts at the agency and ensures the work delivers what we promise.
Beth Kimmerling
Beth has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of consumer-facing industries, including toy, pet, consumer healthcare, restaurant, and hospitality, to name a few. She loves the challenge of developing fresh strategy and creative concepts to craft holistic campaigns that drive meaningful results for our clients. Now a mom (and grandma!), Beth still proudly touts her hula hooping skills, which she once showed off in a toy segment on the Today Show!
Christie Ziv
Christie is a smart, confident, and strategic leader with more than a decade of experience under her belt at LPR. Her intense work ethic and love for the job have allowed her to successfully execute global campaigns, newsworthy product launches, and exciting media events for some of the world’s most iconic, beloved brands in the kids and family entertainment space, including Pokémon, Hasbro, Schwinn, Hess Toy Trucks, Disney Publishing Worldwide, and countless more. Her fun fact, which she never fails to tout, is that she is a triplet! (No, they are not identical. And, no, they cannot read each other’s minds, but they do finish each other’s sentences… sometimes!)
Tara Wood
An integral part of the LPR team since 2011, Tara has the magic touch when it comes to creative activations, events, mailers, and branded experiences that connect audiences to our clients in memorable, tangible ways. Her love for party planning is so strong that she leads our very own PPC (Party Planning Committee) and has a hand in planning all our internal agency events.
DeAnna Varilias
DeAnna’s career has spanned publicity efforts to support brands both big and small. From premier theatrical releases and consumer product launches with Hasbro, Star Wars, and Marvel (among others!) to supporting new-to-market DTC brands and thought leadership campaigns— DeAnna thrives on thinking creatively about her clients to craft meaningful media and influencer opportunities that resonate. Outside of office hours DeAnna strikes a balance between couch potato and nature-lover as both a huge film junkie and avid backyard gardener.
Jenna Schwartz
Jenna began her career at LPR as an intern – immediately impressing everyone with her PR skillset.
When she’s not playing with the latest toys from her clients, she’s discovering new influencers and exploring all the creative avenues social media has to offer. She is always first to spot a trend, identify a newsworthy media angle, and knows all the latest celebrity gossip. After hours, you can find Jenna checking out the latest restaurants or getting last minute tickets to Broadway Shows.
Julia Higgins
A huge fan of all things pop culture, Julia enjoys keeping up with the latest trends to craft creative ideas for clients. From organizing influencer campaigns for brands such as EastPoint Sports and Pokémon to rolling into media coverage for Schwinn Bikes and Hess Toy Trucks, she loves to see a brainstorm come to life. Always on the hunt for celebrities, she can’t help but explore the streets of Hoboken for A-Listers (and once even saw Taye Diggs filming!)
Marissa Lambert
Passionate about PR, Marissa loves watching an idea go from a scribble on the board to a full blown, successful campaign. She’s honed her media relations prowess and social savviness on clients including Build-A-Bear Workshop, schleich®, and KidKraft. A true animal lover, off the clock you can find Marissa snuggling up with her six pets and catching up on all things Bravo!
Hibo Abiton
Hibo supports a diverse mix of clients at LPR, spanning consumer products, healthcare, technology, licensing, and entertainment. She leverages her background in health communications, financial services, and corporate reputation to drive media relations and thoughtful storytelling across national, local, and trade press. For Hibo, joining LPR feels full circle. As a student at the University of Oregon, she studied P. T. Barnum’s legacy in her PR classes, and today she helps shape the next chapter of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey. Hibo’s life outside of work includes concerts, reality TV binges, and discovering new thrift finds around the city.
Emma Bruni
Emma is an Account Executive at LPR, working closely with clients like Tupperware, Astra, TOMY, and Fat Brain Toys, supporting the day-to-day execution and maintaining strong relationships with media. Public Relations is a calling for Emma, who loves meeting new people and building genuine connections. She also enjoys staying on top of the latest and greatest trends – from news feeds to social feeds. In her free time, you’ll find Emma working out, scrolling Pinterest for inspo, or spending time with friends and family.
Kristin Hoberman
With a passion for communications and a drive to help bring stories to life through media and influencers, Kristin is the foundational support across a wide variety of clients spanning toys and games, lifestyle, live entertainment, and education. She is equally passionate about pop culture and stays up to date on all the latest celebrity gossip. You can frequently catch Kristin challenging herself to new hobbies – like painting!
Erica Dinardo
Erica is a passionate publicist with experience spanning entertainment, consumer, lifestyle, and more. By day, she supports client strategy and analyzes media coverage for a range of accounts at LPR and by night, she offers pro-bono PR support to her closest friends through a range of crises. Erica brings heart and dedication to every project that comes her way. Outside of work she enjoys pop culture deep dives, yoga, reading, and spending a perfectly reasonable amount of time with her two cats, Baby and Daisy.
Emily Finnegan
Emily started at LPR as an intern before joining the team as an Account Coordinator. She’s proven her passion for PR through her creativity, persistence, and commitment to securing standout media coverage. Emily has supported clients like Tupperware, Fat Brain Toys, Pillow People, and TOMY with both media and influencer relations, building targeted lists and crafting compelling pitches. In her free time, Emily enjoys going on walks, listening to podcasts, and trying new coffee shops.
Chelsea Unger
Chelsea supports the Pokémon account through media relations and event coverage, helping bring key moments and stories to life. Joining LPR fresh out of the University of Delaware, she has enjoyed diving into a new PR skillset and collaborating with the talented colleagues who have supported her growth along the way. A pop-culture enthusiast who’s always on top of the newest trends, Chelsea can usually be found off the clock watching reality TV with her Australian Shepherd.
Henry Schwartz
A New York-based Cavapoo with a passion for client greetings, office cuddles, and the occasional hallway zoomie. Henry keeps team morale high and stress levels low – one lick at a time. At just 2 years old, Henry has already mastered the art of pawsitive workplace culture.
