Philosophy

    • We have a reputation for producing world class work. We do so by retaining a talented team with a scrupulous work ethic and a hunger for bringing the best to our clients every day. Our team is trained to ‘sweat the small stuff’ so our clients don’t have to. We believe it’s what every partner deserves.

Meet the Team

To say our executive team members are veterans in the PR industry is an understatement. With decades of experience, they fearlessly lead and mentor a team of hands-on professionals with expertise in developing strategic approaches and executing smart tactics that engage the media, shape the views of consumers, and ultimately influence the decision maker. Get to know our family!

Josslynne Welch

Executive Vice President

Josslynne joined LPR as in intern in 1998 as a junior at NYU, today she is an integral part of the LPR brain trust. Josslynne leads a team of professionals who share her work ethic and attention to detail with clients who trust her judgement and look to her for strategic counsel.

Lindsay Moskal

Senior Strategist

Lindsay has an innate love for pairing consumer insights with brand-specific goals.  This passion has helped her craft strategically-aligned PR campaigns that get talked about. While she lives and breathes strategy on the weekdays, on the weekends you’ll find her breathing the fresh air of the outdoors – on a mountain top, in a kayak or on a bike – and hopefully all without any bear sightings (her biggest fear!).

Tara Delchop

Senior Creative Services Manager

As an LPR intern in 2011, one of Tara’s first tasks was to purchase makeup for a celebrity during an NYC press event. Today, she oversees the creative process for the agency. Tara loves a good adventure, and once went dog sledding in Montreal!

Kat Damigos

Office Manager

Kat comes from an extensive background centered on office management and administration – and she runs a tight ship! When she’s not working at LPR you can find her on stage in Jersey City Theater productions.

Rosie Migliara

creative coordinator

Rosie is a recent Monmouth University grad with a passion for creative projects and events. She loves to cook almost as much as she loves to eat, and enjoys hanging out with her family and pug.

Kaylie Easton

Account Supervisor

Kaylie joined the LPR family in 2008 and is a driven storyteller who loves the many roles she plays as publicist, which has included everything from strategizing and executing high-profile product launches to fielding Q&A between One Direction and hundreds of screaming fans. Her true pride and joy is Penelope Barbara, her sleepy, surly hedgehog.

Media relations is not only one of Marissa’s greatest strengths, but one of her favorite parts of the job. With the agency since 2007, Marissa has led the charge on many successful creative campaigns and high profile events. In her dream world, her celebrity parents are Angela Lansbury and Paul Newman.

Stephanie Vermillion

Senior Account Executive

Stephanie is an avid writer and enjoys creating engaging content across digital and traditional channels, whether it’s a 100 character tweet or a 1,000 word article. She is also the owner of (in her humble opinion) the cutest puppy on the planet.

Sara McGovern

Account Coordinator

If you need the latest update in pop culture news and celebrity gossip, Sara is the girl to ask. And she’s a super sleuth when it comes to uncovering up and coming influencers. Sarah is an amazing baker and wows us with her made-from-scratch treats.

Kelsey Tarczanin

Account Executive

After years of reading Perez Hilton, Kelsey (a pop culture guru) made an appearance on the website herself in a series of paparazzi photos while working a movie premiere in LA. She’s been a dedicated team member since she joined LPR in 2011. Little known fact: Kelsey has seen every season of The Bachelor and runs our ‘Bachelor Fantasy League.’

Elise Leonard

Account Executive

Elise began her career at LPR as an intern seven years ago, and once dressed as Mr. Potato Head in the 2011 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. She’s a pop culture junkie who loves planning themed parties, from murder mysteries to birthday proms.

Alyssa Hackmann

Account Executive

Alyssa thrives on the fast-paced, always evolving world of media and pop culture.  She’s always thinking ahead of the curve to elevate our clients’ exposure.  Eager to travel and see the world, Alyssa has studied abroad in Barcelona, learned to surf in Morocco, and performed on one of the Disney Magic Kingdom stages in Disney World!

Leah Schwint

Leah joined the LPR family in 2011 as an intern and utilizes her creative writing skills in many different ways, whether it’s developing product copy, creating social media posts or drafting an Op-Ed. Leah is a chocolate addict.

Lauren Bottazzi

Account Executive

Lauren is a creative story-teller and loves finding unique angles to engage her clients’ key audiences. She comes from a big Italian family and is the oldest of eleven cousins.

Christie Damato

Account Executive

Christie has a knack for planning and executing seamless events, whether it’s a small, intimate blogger gathering or one of the industry’s biggest trade shows of the season. She is a triplet, but looks nothing like her siblings!

Maria Sallustio

Junior Account Executive

Maria stays atop of the latest social media trends. When she isn’t liking and retweeting posts online, she can be found at the nearest shopping mall or eating macaroni at Sunday dinner with her large Italian family.

Kevin Sweeney

Account Coordinator

Kevin excels at media relations. From outdoor boots and strollers to philanthropic campaigns, he easily knows how to grab the media’s attention. Fun fact: at a previous job, he opened fan mail for celebrities including Tom Cruise, Kesha and even One Direction.

Amanda Siciliano
